IBM takes over the management of  Command and Control for GM Cars Division located in Austin, Texas.  Americon  was again on IBM's supporting team offering design and space planning services, custom console manufacturing and innovative audio-visual integration.

The freestanding VISIONMASTER  video wall system is only two feet deep and expandable both vertically and horizontally.

The self-contained video wall solution  includes custom cube-wall cabinetry with generous storage racks, twelve DLP rear projection cubes, video wall processor, DVD, VCR, DSS and a five channel discrete stereo sound system.

 

 

Local, national and international news can be displayed simultaneously with multiple stand-alone computers and numerous IP and network generated applications.

This Command Center  utilizes six unique 120-Degree Slatwall Workstations. Each workstation includes slatwall for attaching monitor arms, articulating  keyboard platform,  three drawer storage pedestal and CPU rack kit.

"Teardrop  Transitions" create  serpentine style configuration that offers a extra shared work surface and manual storage. The transition offers homerun access to power, data and voice connectivity.
